Co-founder of the Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) movement, Aisha Yesufu, has criticized self-styled investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo for advising her to avoid controversial remarks and focus on her family. Yesufu had previously stated on Saturday that Nigeria has no president, drawing criticism from social media users.
Olunloyo, in response, claimed that Yesufu’s posts were being discussed at the Department of State Services (DSS) and advised her to leave Nigeria if she no longer liked it. Yesufu, in her comeback on Sunday, told Olunloyo to inform her DSS contacts that she is not afraid of them.
“Kemi @Kemiolunloyo, it’s been a long time since you brought your nonsense to my TL. Welcome back. Please tell your so-called DSS contacts that they can’t do anything that kidnappers and terrorists are not already doing,” Yesufu wrote.

She continued, “Arrest me? I won’t need to pay ransom. Kill me? I was born to die. Leave Nigeria?! The illegitimate President who forged his certificate and found to be part of drug dealing is the one that needs to leave Nigeria.”
Yesufu concluded by criticizing Olunloyo’s mindset, suggesting that she take her own advice and focus on her family. She asserted that her family is not made up of cowards.
