The report reveals that a suspected kidnapper in Karu called an associate, suspected to be an informant in Kabusa, inquiring about the house they plan to attack. The conversation indicated the involvement of other gang members in the operation, set to occur on the mentioned dates.
The report emphasizes the rise in kidnapping activities in and around the FCT, with kidnapping syndicates being invited by informants residing in the communities.
