Actress Mercy Aigbe has reached out to Seyi Tinubu, urging him to implore his father, President Bola Tinubu, to address the current state of the nation.
In a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday, accompanied by distressing footage of people receiving food items from an NGO foundation, the 46-year-old actress expressed her dismay at the dire situation in the country.
Describing the present conditions as “terrible” and “unbearable,” Mercy Aigbe appealed to the government to take urgent action to alleviate the economic hardship being faced by Nigerians.
Addressing Seyi Tinubu directly, she wrote, “People are hungry! People are dying! People are going out of their minds! The present situation of the country is TERRIBLE! The government should please, please, we are begging, they should do something about this economic hardship! IT’S UNBEARABLE.”
In a poignant plea, Mercy Aigbe called upon Seyi Tinubu to use his influence to intervene on behalf of the Nigerian populace, specifically appealing to him to implore his father, President Bola Tinubu, to take decisive action.
