American Worship artist Phil Thompson is bringing his first-ever live recording to Nigeria. The celebrated singer-songwriter famed for his popular “My Worship” anthem just took to social media to trumpet the exciting news to his fans.

“Our biggest supporters are Nigerians,” Thompson revealed in the announcement video, “I thought that it will be only fitting that our first-ever live recording, that we would do it in Nigeria,” he enthused.

The recording scheduled to hold on August 4, 2023, at the House On the Rock Church in Abuja, Nigeria, will see the Boston Native musician team up with other talents for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Recall in 2018, Phil Thompson released his debut project “My Worship” to great acclaim, followed by “Lion of Judah” which marked his sophomore album release in 2021. The latest news of his new live recording has sparked excitement among fans globally, especially in Nigeria, where the recording will take.
